Naomi has worked in both fundraising recruitment and corporate fundraising, with a passion for supporting the sector to build the best income generation teams and a particular interest in learning about new innovations/strategic partnership ideas.  

Her favourite part of working in this sector is getting under the skin of an organisation, understanding its ambitions and developing relationships with the incredible teams who work tirelessly to deliver these plans.

Outside of work Naomi trains in boxing and muay thai and although she grew up in a tiny remote village in Scotland, London is where she feels most at home.
