Independent Age is recruiting for their new Public Fundraising Team!

At Independent Age their mission is to ensure that as we grow older, we all have the opportunity to live well with dignity, choice, and purpose.  With an ageing population there has never been a greater need with 2.1million older people now in poverty and this is only projected to increase.

There has never been a better time to join Independent Age as they work to increase their profile, impact, and reach so more older people can live a happy, connected, and purposeful later life.

We are recruiting a variety of roles within the Public Fundraising team that span across Direct Marketing, Individual Giving, Community Fundraising and Events and we are keen to speak with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to join them on this journey who are also passionate about the cause and making a difference.

At Independent Age they live by their values. They are purpose-driven; compassionate; expert; collaborative; accountable; inclusive. Working at Independent Age, you are joining a highly ambitious charity committed to investing in its staff and pioneering innovative ways of working.

At Independent Age they celebrate diversity, and they champion the difference and nuances which make each one of us unique.  They believe that everyone should benefit from equity of opportunity, and no one should be subject to any form of discrimination. They hope you will help them in creating the respectful, equitable, inclusive environment we all want to enjoy life in, and in celebrating the rich diversity that exists across our nations.

If you are passionate about the cause, share their values and believe you have the skills for these roles, then we’d love to chat to you.
