We are excited to be recruiting for a CRM Business Programme Director for a well-known international development charity embarking on huge change, the role will initially be recruited as a 1 year fixed term contract but this is likely to extend.
As the CRM Business Programme Director you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation and delivery of a large-scale CRM programme - a new CRM and customer data management system. You will also play a significant role in championing the supporter engagement transformation programme to deliver increased supporter engagement.

This project is part of an organisational wide CRM change strategy that will hugely improve their approach as well as transforming the digital experience for all their supporters.
To be successful in this role you will have a successful track record in shaping and leading teams to successfully delivery large scale CRM marketing projects, proven experience of leading the development and implementation of a complex CRM marketing programme that covers acquisition, segmentation, engagement and campaign management and have really strong experience in measuring, monitoring and tracking KPIs for CRM performance. In terms of personality you will be an established leader with gravitas and the ability to network and influence both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be a proven team player and a highly detailed strategic thinker.
