The Talent Set are excited to be working exclusively with Barnardo’s to find their new Digital Innovation Manager (Fundraising).

This role offers flexible working with fully remote options available.

We are looking for an ambitious fundraising professional to support the team lead in devising and delivering effective digital fundraising plans and strategies for new digital fundraising campaigns. This role involves project management of new digital fundraising campaigns, working with the team to identify and test new opportunities in digital fundraising to drive growth, and supporting Fundraising to maximise our use of digital fundraising tools and platforms. This role will also deputise for the Senior Digital Fundraising Manager where needed.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support Income & Innovation in their goal to double net voluntary income by 2025, through the project management of new digital fundraising campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist the team lead with evaluating the effectiveness of all digital fundraising projects and campaigns against objectives & strategic KPIs.  Ensure that key learnings are used to inform and feed into future campaigns and strategies
  • Project management of new digital fundraising campaigns and activities across a range of platforms and channels, managing against objectives, budget, and targets
  • Ensure multichannel campaigns are fully integrated and aligned across channels, and that creative meets audience, campaign, and channel objectives
  • Commission work to external agencies when necessary, ensuring agencies are fully briefed and aware of KPIs and objectives, campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, and reporting is delivered on a timely basis and transparent
  • Supporting the team lead with managing budget planning, setting, phasing, and reporting of annual budget, taking specific responsibility for a particular area
  • Proactively engage teams across the organisation to ensure digital opportunities are maximized, and all digital fundraising activities are collaborative, and support our objectives
  • Be a point of expertise on new digital fundraising techniques and technology, supporting fundraising to develop digital knowledge and skills
