We are working with a fantastic Dorset based conservation charity, recruiting a Digital Manager on a permanent basis.

This role will work towards implementing a new digital acquisition strategy across the website and social media channels.  You will have experience measuring digital performance, and seek new ways to optimise and improve digital content.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of the website, including campaigns, creating new pages and updating content
  • Develop SEO and paid advertising strategies to drive lead generation and digital engagement
  • Management of paid social advertising campaigns
  • Measure website and social media performance on a regular basis
  • Ensure CRM is fully integrated with website

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Successful management of an organisation’s digital presence
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Proven experience overseeing CMS, PPC, AdWords, SEO and paid social ads
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to manage and deliver digital projects

This role is a permanent role paying £32,000-£38,000. This will be a hybrid role with some office-based days (1 day/month) and the remaining time working remotely.
