Role Overview: The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Events Fundraiser role. The successful candidate will lead on delivering high-profile fundraising events, managing logistics, building relationships, and maximising supporter engagement to generate vital funds for a charity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale fundraising events, ensuring smooth delivery and achieving financial targets.
Coordinate event logistics, including liaising with suppliers, managing volunteers, and overseeing on-the-day operations.
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to boost event participation and raise awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, and external partners to encourage ongoing engagement.
Analyse event data and sector trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage participant records and financial transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Attend events and meetings during weekends, early mornings, or evenings as required to support successful delivery.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in fundraising event management, ideally within the charity sector.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders and supporters.
Knowledge of marketing techniques and supporter stewardship principles.
Ability to analyse data and sector trends to optimise event performance.
IT proficient, with excellent skills in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates a collaborative approach, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to various event locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £15.38 per hour
Location: Hybrid – Middlesex
Contract: Initial 1 month rolling
