We are on the hunt for a fantastic Brand Marketing Officer to help our client within the education sector.

The Brand Marketing Officer will be responsible for the roll-out of an exciting new brand strategy with our education client. Working closely with the chosen branding agency and a brand project team, they will lead on the identification, planning and prioritisation of brand activities to ensure successful delivery and launch of the new brand purpose and identity.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the key liaison between the organisation and the appointed brand agency to collaborate and direct agency outputs and brand visuals/assets to soft launch the brand later in the year.
  • Identify a list of brand assets from across the organisation that will need to be updated with the new branding.
  • Develop a detailed plan outlining timelines, costs and resourcing requirements to update all brand assets – identifying proposed suppliers and speaking to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Lead on the management and organisation of any brand project events, including an in-person and virtual brand roadshow.
  • Support the Communications team in communicating and embedding the new brand identity into the staff proposition.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience providing project coordination and administrative support
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working with a design team and/or agency design software
  • Hands on experience working within a brand/marketing team.
  • Open to industry sector background

This is a 6-month contract starting asap paying between £35-40k pro rata.

A mix of hybrid working (office and home) based in the Kent area.
