The Talent Set are excited to be working with CrimeStoppers to find their new Marketing Communications Manager.

As Marketing Communications manager, you will play a key role in delivering our charity’s marketing communication strategy. You will lead our national and business development campaign activity and co-ordinate our regional campaign activity run by our regional manager network.   You will be responsible for the development of campaign ideas, content and messaging and manage the execution and reporting of multi-channel communication activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of campaign ideas, content and manage the execution and reporting of multi communication activities.
  • Manage our national and business development campaign activity and co-ordinate our regional campaign activity run by our regional manager network
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to help bring in new business and deliver campaigns for our corporate partners.   
  • Work with the wider marketing communications team to lead execution planning for tactical campaigns within agreed budgets to agreed performance indicators.
  • Line manage the Content Editor and ensure that the social media strategy for the organisation is delivered. Including engagement across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels as required.   Keep abreast of advancements in social media and advising on new channels
  • Support internal communications activity and oversee the delivery of the organisation’s staff newsletter via the Marketing Communications Assistant.  Curate content for the Bubble, the organisation’s staff and volunteer intranet.

Key Skills include:

  • B2C and B2B marketing experience is essential
  • Strong project management and planning skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Strong social media skills to enable you to engage with your target audience and design new strategies to grow brand awareness
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to present self professionally to internal colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to design creative and innovative marketing campaigns which can be used via any channel
  • Ability to create and implement marketing plans, with a proven track record of success
