The Talent Set are thrilled to be working with this social welfare charity who are looking to find a forward-thinking Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager, with lots of ideas to help them manage and deliver their existing successful cooperate programme. The charity is fantastic, with a number of different programmes supporting a mix of adults who need support at a challenging time.

 

Job Title: Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager

Salary: £36,000

Charity: Social Welfare charity

Location: London

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop and grow as a corporate fundraiser. The charity have a fantastic internal training plan to develop fundraisers with a variety of programmes to fundraise for.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To maximise income through the development and management of relationships with key corporate relationships
  • To raise awareness of the charity
  • Manager the relationships with existing corporate partners
  • To devise strategies to identify and develop new business relationships with corporate partners
  • To ensure that the responsibilities under the terms agreed with corporate partners are fulfilled.
  • To prepare and deliver successful persuasive pitches and written proposals for support

 

Person specification:

  • Strong experience in corporate fundraising
  • Experience of account managing of a portfolio of funders
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills
  • Networking and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Line management or supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, and self-manage
  • Experience with Raisers Edge or other CRM system
