The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives, develop engaging campaigns, and contribute to enhancing the organisation’s presence within the professional membership sector.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to increase engagement and awareness.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise outreach and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content that aligns with organisational goals.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Support event promotion and management to enhance member participation and visibility.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and collateral for campaigns and initiatives.
Person Specification
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within membership or similar sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about marketing trends and continuous learning.
