The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic Membership association as they recruit for a Senior Marketing Executive role. The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives, develop engaging campaigns, and contribute to enhancing the organisation’s presence within the professional membership sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to increase engagement and awareness.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise outreach and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Support event promotion and management to enhance member participation and visibility.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and collateral for campaigns and initiatives.

Person Specification
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within membership or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about marketing trends and continuous learning.
