Trust Manager

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Trust Manager role. This pivotal position involves overseeing trust operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to support the organisation’s charitable mission and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day trust operations, ensuring all activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with trustees, beneficiaries, and external partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on trust performance and compliance matters.
  • Support governance processes, including meetings, legal documentation, and policy reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for trust development and recommend improvements to enhance impact and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory teams to ensure proper management of assets.

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of trust and charitable governance, compliance, and legal frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in trust management or related roles within the charity sector.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and present clear, concise reports.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to integrity and transparency.

What’s on Offer

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 | Hybrid working- 3 days a week in North London
