Senior Public Sector & Not For Profit Appointments

Jael Woolley is Co-Founder and Director at The Talent Set, where she leads the Senior Public Sector and Not-for-Profit Appointments practice. With nearly 20 years of experience recruiting marketing, communications, digital, and fundraising professionals across the charity and public sectors, Jael has built an extensive and diverse network of leaders who share her passion for impact-driven work.

Since co-founding The Talent Set in 2018, Jael has helped shape a more specialist and flexible approach to recruitment, one centred on understanding people, purpose and long-term success. She also leads the agency’s Women in Leadership community, creating a platform for women and allies to connect, share experiences and champion the next generation of sector leaders.

Jael is deeply committed to helping organisations find leaders who reflect the diversity, creativity and values of the communities they serve. Her work embodies the principle of small shifts, big impact, showing how meaningful connections and inclusive conversations can spark lasting change across the not-for-profit sector.

Outside of work, Jael is a keen gardener and loves spending time in the countryside with her family and two young daughters.
