Katie has over 10 years recruitment experience gained in both the UK and America. She now leads the recruitment of marketing, communications, digital and fundraising positions for interim and contract roles within the charity sector.
Katie’s focus on long-term relationships combined with her strong work ethic means she has a loyal network within the sector. She is passionate about the work her clients and candidates do, and is particularly interested in how charities can build and drive positive, inclusive team cultures.
Katie grew up on a farm in Wales with nearly 100 exotic birds and is an avid animal lover. She recently built her own house and welcomed 2 piglets as new additions to her family!
