Rachel has recruited across the Not-for-Profit Sector since 2013 and is hugely passionate about building excellent customer relationships and high-performing teams.

She leads on permanent Fundraising appointments for the Talent Set and enjoys getting to know all about the organisations she works with and matching them with candidate’s ambitions and goals. She’s also a self-confessed Diversity, Inclusion and recruitment process geek and loves chatting about new ideas to attract and retain a broader range of fundraising talent. 

Rachel has an active life outside of work and is never far from a rugby pitch, a gym or hiking trail. This is well combined with a love of cooking (and eating!).
