Rachel has over 10 years’ experience recruiting across the not-for-profit sector and is hugely passionate about building high-performing teams. Specialising in Fundraising appointments, her favourite part of the job is matching an organisation’s goals with the career aspirations of candidates, always thinking of new ways to attract and retain a broader range of fundraising talent.

Rachel has an active life outside of work and is never far from a rugby pitch, a gym or hiking trail. This is well combined with a love of cooking (and eating!).
