Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Co-Sales Administrator role. This temporary position involves providing essential support to the sales team, managing post-sales activities, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding within a busy professional membership environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by managing post-sales activities, including processing applications and updating records.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity and easy access to customer information.
  • Prepare and issue tailored proposals, membership documentation, and other communications promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve queries and facilitate smooth handovers.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as required to promote membership and support sales activities.
  • Monitor post-sales processes to meet service standards and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection legislation, including GDPR, in handling personal data.
  • Undertake any additional duties aligned with the role to support the sales operation.

Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a sales, post-sales, or customer support administration role with a focus on accuracy and organisation.
  • Demonstrable competence in managing customer records and processing applications efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a capacity to learn new systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service, ensuring a professional experience for members and prospects.

What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £106 to £118 per day + daily holiday
  • Location: London – Hybrid
  • Contract: 2-3 months
