Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with an amazing not-for-profit Institution on a fantastic Communications and Content Officer role. This position involves developing engaging content and overseeing communication strategies to support the organisation’s objectives and enhance its public profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a range of communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and reports.
  • Support the development and delivery of messaging strategies to promote organisational initiatives and activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Maintain and update relevant content on websites and digital platforms to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
  • Gather and interpret audience feedback and engagement data to inform future communications.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in content creation, editing, or communications roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with digital content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a commitment to clarity and quality.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
