Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Communications Manager (part-time) role. This position involves supporting a range of high-profile events and communications assets to enhance organisational visibility and messaging, contributing to global initiatives and advocacy campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver communications support for major events, including logistics and asset production, ensuring alignment with organisational messages.
  • Assist in developing and managing multimedia assets for social media, print, and event collateral.
  • Support the planning and execution of advocacy campaigns, focusing on messaging consistency and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to ensure communication products align with key organisational themes and goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners to facilitate effective communication activities.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in event management, including planning and delivery of communications-related activities.
  • Skilled in producing and briefing communications assets for various channels, including social media, print, and digital.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and adaptability to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a wider team environment.
  • Knowledge or experience supporting advocacy, policy, or strategic partnerships (desirable).

What’s on Offer
Salary: £158.10 basic + £25.38 holiday pay
Part-time: 3 days per week 
3-4 month contract
