The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity to recruit a Community Fundraiser. This exciting role will focus on developing and growing a diverse portfolio of community supporters, including individuals, schools, community groups, faith organisations, and local businesses. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships, delivering outstanding supporter stewardship, and inspiring communities to raise funds and awareness for the charity's work. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with community supporters, including individuals, schools, local groups, and businesses, delivering excellent stewardship and supporter care.
• Identify, recruit, and support new fundraising supporters, helping to grow community fundraising income and engagement.
• Provide guidance and resources to supporters undertaking fundraising activities, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience.
• Deliver engaging supporter communications, impact reporting, and recognition activities to maximise retention and long-term support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor fundraising performance, and represent the charity at community events and activities.

Person Specification

• Some experience within fundraising, community engagement, supporter engagement, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a wide range of supporters.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about engaging communities to support charitable causes.

What's on Offer

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: 4 Days in Leatherhead Office
Contract: Permanent
