Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish compelling content for digital and print channels, aligned with organisational goals.
- Develop content strategies that enhance audience engagement and support awareness campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
- Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone across all communications.
- Support the organisation in enhancing its digital presence through innovative content solutions.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management across digital and offline formats.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt content style for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of digital analytics tools and content performance metrics.
- Collaborative approach with excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Flexibility to work on-site according to organisational requirements.
