Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Arthritis UK on a fantastic Content Officer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content that supports the organisation’s objectives, ensuring clear messaging across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish compelling content for digital and print channels, aligned with organisational goals.
  • Develop content strategies that enhance audience engagement and support awareness campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
  • Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone across all communications.
  • Support the organisation in enhancing its digital presence through innovative content solutions.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management across digital and offline formats.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt content style for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of digital analytics tools and content performance metrics.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work on-site according to organisational requirements.
