The Talent Set are thrilled to work with an incredible Health charity to find a Corporate Partnerships Officer to provide excellent support to the range of corporate partners, ensuring that the charity are maximising current partnerships, looking for creative and innovative ways to generate funding and providing excellent support.  


Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Officer

Organisation: Health charity

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Contract: Permanent, full time

Location: London (Open to flexible working arrangement)

You will be joining a dynamic team with big ambitions for growth, in a well-established Fundraising department. You will have an opportunity to make a considerable impact on their through managing the corporate partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of corporate partners, building excellent relationships with key contacts, cultivating them for additional support and bigger opportunities. Always looking to exceed expectations
  • Working with the Deputy Head of Corporate Partnerships Manager to strengthen key partnerships and maximise income generation. Identify growth opportunities for your portfolio of relationships
  • Implement and deliver first class stewardship through developing a range of engagement opportunities for partners, ensuring partnership KPIs and commitments are met. Implement and develop a range of exciting engagement opportunities for partners
  • Lead on the creation and development of Corporate fundraising products including fundraising packs and stewardship journeys, ensuring all supporters have an excellent experience
  • Champion innovation by identifying new income streams through commercially viable products and fundraising activity
  • Ensure contracts and legal responsibilities are drafted, agreed and in place for all partnerships and activities
  • Responsible for meeting financial and non-financial targets as agreed with the Head of High Value Partnerships


Person Specification:


  • Excellent stewardship and relationship management skills
  • An ambitious and creative approach to Corporate fundraising                                                                                                 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with people at all levels of seniority, one to one, in groups and networking situations
  • Excellent written communication skills, including writing inspiring content, having a sharp eye for detail to edit and proof-read own work to a high standard
  • Ability to build excellent, mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Tenacity, and well-developed influencing and negotiating skills
