We are delighted to be partnering with a membership association on an exciting opportunity to recruit for a Digital Content Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging digital content across a variety of platforms, supporting brand visibility, audience engagement, and wider organisational objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established organisation through innovative storytelling and creative content solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, create, and manage engaging digital content, including articles, videos, social media posts, emails, and visual assets.
  • Plan and deliver content strategies aligned with organisational priorities and target audience needs.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to optimise engagement and reach.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content to deadlines.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, compliant, and aligned with relevant guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices, bringing fresh ideas to content creation.

Person Specification
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital content management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and detail.
  • Experience using content creation and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and improve content strategies.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback, with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum
Hybrid working- London
