The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Digital Delivery Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from initiation through to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status clearly to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Promote best practices in digital project management and continuous improvement.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in delivering digital or technology projects within a complex environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Prince2, is desirable.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
- Experience working within or alongside health charities or in similar sectors is advantageous.
