Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Digital Delivery Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from initiation through to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status clearly to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Promote best practices in digital project management and continuous improvement.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in delivering digital or technology projects within a complex environment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Prince2, is desirable.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience working within or alongside health charities or in similar sectors is advantageous.
