The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a dynamic health charity on a fantastic Digital & Email Manager role. The successful candidate will lead digital strategies to raise awareness and support the organisation’s mission.
A major focus of the role is leading the email marketing strategy. You’ll use tools like Mailchimp to plan, create, test, and optimise campaigns, developing sophisticated segmentation and automation workflows. This role will also oversee the creation and maintenance of digital content, ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience across the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on email marketing strategy.
Create, oversee, and optimise engaging content across email and website.
Analyse digital performance metrics to enhance user engagement and campaign impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns and informational content.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency of messaging.
Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices within the charity and health sectors.
Person Specification
Proven experience in optimising digital content for charitable or non-profit organisations.
Strong understanding of website management and email marketing.
Ability to interpret analytics and optimise content strategies accordingly.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Collaborative approach with strong organisational skills.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Location: Hybrid, London 2 days/week
