Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, boosting the organisation's digital footprint and engagement levels. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution to deliver results that support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continually improve the organisation’s digital marketing strategy and online assets.
Analyse performance metrics from tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, and email marketing platforms to inform campaign planning and improvement.
Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, deadlines, and budgets.
Manage data marketing processes in accordance with GDPR, overseeing CRM and email platforms to nurture audience engagement and conversions.
Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across web and social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
Maintain and optimise digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and platform licences are fully utilised.
Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve website visibility and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on website development, content, and digital design projects.
Provide regular digital performance reports to senior management and produce actionable insights.
Deliver training and support to staff in utilising data, CRM, and content management systems effectively.
Person Specification
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within charitable and membership organisations.
Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and analytics including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Kentico content management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop engaging digital content for diverse audiences across web, email, and social media.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing demands with flexibility.
Strong attention to detail and a results-focused approach to digital campaigns.
