About the Role The successful postholder will lead the strategic development, commercial growth and innovation of CoSRH’s learning portfolio, ensuring it remains the global leader in sexual and reproductive healthcare education. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality, sustainable programmes that meet the needs of multidisciplinary professionals in the UK and internationally, generate income, and shape the future of SRH learning. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of educational programmes aligned with the organisation’s mission and goals
Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and professional development activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify educational needs and create innovative learning solutions
Manage budgets, resources, and partnerships related to educational services
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and industry regulations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
Enhance and build team capability to deliver impactful programmes
Person Specification
Proven experience in leadership within professional or membership organisations
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to innovate and adapt programmes to evolving industry needs
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and partnership development
Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and inclusive practices
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and accreditation standards
