Role Overview:
The Talent Set is excited to be working with a fantastic organisation as they look to recruit a Fundraising Administrator to support their advancement goals by managing donor information, processing charitable gifts, and providing administrative assistance for fundraising campaigns and donor events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of donors, prospects, and alumni on the central database.
  • Gift Processing: Administer incoming donations, process financial transactions, and issue standard receipts and thank-you letters.
  • Event Support: Coordinate event logistics, manage RSVPs, and prepare materials for donor cultivation and stewardship events.
  • Stakeholder Care: Serve as a professional first point of contact for enquiries from internal staff, alumni, and external supporters.
  • Reporting: Run standard data queries and generate reports to track fundraising campaign progress.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data handling and financial processing comply with institutional policies and relevant data protection laws.

Person Specification:
  • Systems Experience: Proven track record working with databases, CRM systems, or spreadsheets.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial administration.
  • Communication: Professional written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured office environment.

What’s on Offer:
  • Rate: £96.84 to £118.58 per day + daily holiday
  • Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Brighton
  • Contract: Full-time and for an initial 3 months
