Fundraising Consultant

The Talent Set are really excited to be partnering with a fantastic charity to recruit a Fundraising Consultant to support their Individual Giving team during a busy period.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage campaigns and projects across direct marketing and face-to-face fundraising activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of direct marketing and committed giving campaigns
• Oversee and manage face-to-face fundraising activity, including working with agencies
• Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations
• Help manage and prioritise a busy pipeline of activity

Person Specification

• Proven experience in direct marketing within the charity sector
• Strong understanding of individual giving / regular (committed) giving programmes
• Experience with face-to-face fundraising and/or agency management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role

What’s on Offer

• An initial 3 month contract
• £300-£350 a day (inside IR35)
• Flexible working, with 1 day per week in the office ( central London)
