The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Head of Fundraising role. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape and expand a vital fundraising programme, making a meaningful impact within a renowned health charity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate a diverse fundraising team to optimise performance and engagement
- Identify new funding opportunities through research and innovative approaches
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in fundraising activities
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing strategic insights to senior management
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a senior fundraising or development role, preferably within the charity or health sector
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successful funding growth and income diversification
- Experience with major donor stewardship and grant applications is desirable
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
- Passionate about the mission of health charities and community impact

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
