Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Head of Fundraising role. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape and expand a vital fundraising programme, making a meaningful impact within a renowned health charity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a diverse fundraising team to optimise performance and engagement
  • Identify new funding opportunities through research and innovative approaches
  • Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in fundraising activities
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing strategic insights to senior management

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a senior fundraising or development role, preferably within the charity or health sector
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful funding growth and income diversification
  • Experience with major donor stewardship and grant applications is desirable
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
  • Passionate about the mission of health charities and community impact

What’s on Offer
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
