Head of Income Generation and Engagement
Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Head of Income Generation and Engagement role. This pivotal leadership position involves building and directing a multidisciplinary team to drive brand awareness, income streams, and supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated strategy encompassing brand, marketing, and income generation activities.
- Lead and embed a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team responsible for diverse income streams including individual giving, digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and retail.
- Manage the growth and sustainability of Greyhound Events Ltd., ensuring it acts as a key supporter engagement and income tool.
- Oversee approaches to supporter relations, volunteer engagement, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Support the organisation’s senior leadership with strategic planning, organisational development, and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive supporter experience through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Support and develop colleagues across the organisation to uphold high standards aligned with organisational values.
- Champion fundraising and engagement best practices, always ensuring activities are ethical, inclusive, and aligned with sector standards.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in leading income generation, marketing, and supporter engagement functions within a charitable or similar environment.
- Strong strategic planning and team leadership skills, with the ability to build effective, collaborative working environments.
- Experience managing multifaceted income portfolios, including events, digital campaigns, and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates empathy, organisational flexibility, and a commitment to organisational values such as compassion, dedication, and inclusivity.
- Ability to lead a team through change and growth, fostering motivation and shared purpose.
- Innovative mindset, with a track record of developing new initiatives and channels to diversify income and supporter engagement.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location
This position is offered hybrid, with regular office time in thier Surrey Head Office.
