Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Head of Marketing role. Our client is ‘profit-for-purpose’ and this would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from a consumer focussed commercial sector in to a purpose driven organisation.


The successful candidate will lead the organisation’s marketing operations strategy, overseeing go-to-market activities, and analytics to support a major commercial transformation and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing operations and go-to-market strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Establish and optimise frameworks for product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives ensuring consistency and agility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and optimise performance metrics.
  • Lead the data and analytics strategy, delivering insights through executive dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product and portfolio teams, embedding performance metrics and customer insights to inform ongoing development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience at senior or head of level within marketing operations or similar roles within consumer-focused sectors.
  • Demonstrable expertise in go-to-market planning and execution for multiple products or brands.
  • Skilled in translating strategic objectives into scalable, data-driven marketing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and optimisation techniques.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and revenue impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels.
  • Ability to operate within complex, matrix organisations with a collaborative approach.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £85,000–£90,000
