Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with organisational growth objectives.
Leading demand generation initiatives to increase memberships, training participation, and other key income streams.
Conducting market research to identify revenue opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Managing all campaigns related to acquisition and retention, ensuring high-quality leads and conversion success.
Overseeing marketing data management, automation workflows, and tracking performance against KPIs.
Building and nurturing a high-performing marketing team dedicated to continuous improvement and commercial focus.
Collaborating with external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing activities with sales and overall organisational goals.
Monitoring progress, managing budgets, and reporting on marketing performance transparently.
Driving digital transformation initiatives, utilising automation and AI tools to optimise marketing outputs.
Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, representing it internally and externally.
Person Specification
Extensive experience leading a commercial marketing team with proven growth results.
Demonstrated success in demand generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the professional services, membership, or related sectors.
Strong skills in data analysis and insights-driven decision making.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and budget management capabilities.
Robust communication skills with a collaborative working style.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to process improvements and innovation.
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and manage external agencies effectively.
