Job Title: Head of Marketing & Digital
Salary: circa £53k

Overview:

The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with this truly empowering organisation to recruit a visionary leader to drive marketing and digital strategy, shaping the future and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to achieve success. 

As Head of Marketing & Digital, you will play a central role in transforming  external audience engagement, enhancing brand reach and influence, and driving income generation efforts. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and leverage digital resources to build and engage key audiences.

Required Skills:

* Strategic marketing and brand management expertise
* Experience in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand management tools
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

* Experience in non-profit marketing and brand management
* Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis
* Familiarity with SEO and content marketing

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field

Other Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with safeguarding protocols and procedures
