The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Head of Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships role. This key leadership position involves developing and executing strategies to maximise individual giving, memberships, campaigns, and corporate partnerships to support the organisation's artistic and community ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of a cohesive philanthropy strategy encompassing individual giving, memberships, campaigns, and legacies.
- Oversee and support the implementation of plans across fundraising activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive the growth, development, and profile of corporate partnerships, managing negotiations, activation, and marketing opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure mutually valuable experiences and ongoing engagement.
- Lead the prospect research function, establishing processes to identify, assess, and prioritise potential donors and corporate partners.
- Provide strategic insight for relationship management, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects to support sustainable income growth.
- Conduct targeted research projects to support senior stakeholders, including board members and senior leadership, fostering informed decisions and personalised engagement strategies.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in senior fundraising roles, ideally within arts, heritage, or cultural organisations.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
- Experience in prospect research, stewardship, and developing sustainable fundraising pipelines.
- Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategy.
- Enthusiastic about arts and culture, and committed to creating meaningful community engagement through fundraising.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000
