Role Overview: The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a leading charity to recruit an attentive and organised Individual Giving Officer. This vital role supports the charity’s growing fundraising initiatives, including face-to-face engagement, lotteries, and merchandise sales, helping to drive impactful support.
The Individual Giving Officer will assist in the operational delivery of key income streams within the charity’s supporter engagement programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining supporter records, supporting event activities, and managing merchandise and e-commerce platforms, contributing to the organisation’s fundraising success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and daily running of face-to-face fundraising initiatives, including managing supporter support materials
Log, triage, and respond to supporter inquiries and complaints related to face-to-face activities
Assist in the promotion and management of the charity lottery and merchandise sales, including stock control and product uploads
Support the management of merchandise sales via Shopify, including stock updates and sales reporting
Maintain accurate supporter and activity data within the CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance
Assist in reporting on individual giving activities, providing insights and analysis to inform strategy
Collaborate with team members to deliver fundraising campaigns and administrative support as required
Person Specification:
Demonstrates strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Experienced in working with databases, CRM systems, or e-commerce platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment
Demonstrates an interest in supporting health and neurological research causes
Confident using Microsoft Office tools and digital platforms
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
Location: Hybrid – London
Contract: 6 months
