We’re working with a lovely charity client based in London who are looking for an Interim Individual Giving Manager to support their individual giving programme during a period of transition.

This role will take ownership of key income streams while supporting a handover from the outgoing manager and onboarding a new team member. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide stability while continuing to drive income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and management of a Senior Individual Giving Coordinator
  • Lead on the development and launch of a new regular giving acquisition campaign
  • Manage core individual giving income streams including website donations, payroll giving, in memory giving, challenge events, merchandise and digital fundraising
  • Support the development of a winter appeal for 2026
  • Monitor and report on monthly and quarterly income performance, including reconciliation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in individual giving, with a strong understanding of key income streams and supporter journeys
  • Experience managing or supporting regular giving acquisition campaigns
  • Confident managing multiple income streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage handovers and onboarding effectively
  • Data-driven, with experience reporting on income and campaign performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to hit the ground running in an interim role

What’s on Offer

  • A salary of £39,000 on a rate rate 
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Hybrid working, South London, 2 days per week on-site
  • inital 3 month contract
