Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Interim Multimedia Production Officer role. The successful candidate will produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, photography, and written stories, to support the organisation’s communications and engagement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create video and photographic content for campaigns, events, and storytelling purposes.
Develop written materials reflecting impact, funding stories, and personal experiences.
Attend events to capture content and undertake interviews with patients, supporters, and stakeholders.
Record and produce films and clips suitable for social media and publication formats.
Support the wider communications team in delivering multimedia content across multiple channels.
Manage content production in accordance with sensitivities related to personal stories and lived experiences.
Coordinate and set up interviews, ensuring high-quality recordings.
Assist with publications such as bi-annual magazines and other outreach materials.
Use editing software to deliver polished multimedia products, adhering to brand standards.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in multimedia production, including filming, photography, and editing.
Comfortable working with a variety of audiences, including patients and individuals affected by the organisation’s work.
Sensitive and respectful communication skills, with awareness of storytelling ethics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programmes such as Premier, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Ability to work independently and alongside a small, collaborative team.
Confidence in managing content capture at events and conducting interviews.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £147.94 per day PAYE + £24.54 holiday pay
Location: Hybrid – Central London
Contract: 6 months
