Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Junior Events Coordinator role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist with the organisation and delivery of professional events, gaining practical experience within a dynamic, collaborative environment on a short-term basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full cycle of event coordination, from planning to on-the-day delivery
  • Manage event invitations, attendee lists, and booking forms effectively
  • Assist with preparing event briefings and maintaining internal documentation
  • Utilise platforms like Eventbrite to manage registrations and attendee information
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up and guest management tasks
  • Deliver general administrative support to the events team to meet deadlines and objectives

Person Specification:
  • Passionate about developing a career within the events sector
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to support multiple tasks as needed
  • Confident managing administrative responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable attending and supporting live events on-site
  • Prior experience with Eventbrite or similar event management tools is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required

What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £27,000 
  • Location: Central London, hybrid with 3 days on site and 2 working from home
  • Contract: Interim – initial 3 months
