Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic health charity on a fantastic Marketing Officer role. This temporary position offers an opportunity to support a busy marketing team with day-to-day coordination, briefing, and asset management, contributing to impactful campaigns within a well-respected health charity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming marketing briefs, ensuring clear understanding and proper processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver small-to-medium projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain and organise the internal asset bank and SharePoint site, facilitating easy access to resources.
- Assist in building an internal asset library, overseeing asset uploads and categorisation.
- Prepare and process internal and external briefs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the planning and scheduling of marketing activities using Excel and other planning tools.
- Liaise with creative teams, agencies, and internal clients to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
- Provide practical support across a broad marketing skill set, contributing to team efforts as required.
- Contribute towards coordination of charity-specific events and legacy activities, ensuring all marketing requirements are met.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Experience in marketing coordination or project administration, ideally within a charity or similar environment.
- Practical and organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with SharePoint or similar asset management systems.
- Capable of working independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of charity or health sector practices is desirable.
- A collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What’s on Offer
Day Rate: £128.46 per day PAYE + £20.60 holiday pay
Hybrid Working: 1 day in office in Northampton, 4 days working from home
