Role Overview: The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a health charity on a fantastic Marketing Project Manager role. This temporary position involves supporting the marketing team with project optimisation, inbox triage, and strategic delivery to ensure the team's workload is managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a programme of quick wins, including optimisation of Trello workflows to improve team efficiency
Support the team in prioritising incoming briefs and managing the department’s inbox, enabling focus on strategic initiatives
Build relationships with teams submitting briefs to identify gaps and suggest alternative approaches
Apply a ‘rinse and repeat’ principle for ongoing project delivery and process improvements
Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and senior leaders to apply prioritisation and resource management strategies
Support the handover of smaller briefs to the creative team ahead of key team member start dates (September/October)
Utilise Trello and, increasingly, other tools like Xyflow to streamline project management and approvals
Contribute to quick wins and process rationalisation, freeing up capacity for the broader marketing team
Person Specification:
Proven experience in project or traffic management, ideally within marketing or creative teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to liaise across teams and build effective working relationships
Proficient in Trello and familiar with project workflow optimisation
Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work independently with initiative
Ability to support strategic planning and prioritisation processes
Comfortable working on-site, within a collaborative team environment
What’s on Offer:
Rate: £197.63 to £217.39 per day plus daily holiday
Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in London
Contract: Part-time (4 days per week) and for 4 months
