Membership & Partnerships Manager (Permanent) London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) - 9-day fortnight £40k + bonus
The Talent Set is delighted to be partnering with GIIA to find a Membership and Partnerships Manager to join their growing team. GIIA represents the world’s leading institutional investors in infrastructure and advisors to the sector. They work with governments and other key stakeholders to promote the role of private capital in delivering smart, sustainable infrastructure. By connecting investors and advisors with policy makers and regulators, they seek to create opportunities for investment that improve economies, connect people, enable energy transition, protect the environment, and tackle the challenges of resilience to climate change and achieving net zero. Collectively, GIIA members have some $2.2 trillion in infrastructure assets under management across nearly 70 countries on six continents.
The Role GIIA is seeking a proactive and strategic Membership & Partnerships Manager to grow and strengthen our global member community. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will lead key efforts to:
Deepen engagement with existing members
Attract new members to join GIIA
Develop impactful commercial partnerships
This is a dynamic, people-focused role within a globally influential organisation. You’ll build strong relationships, deliver high-quality member experiences, and contribute to shaping the future of infrastructure investment worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Member Engagement
Act as a main point of contact for our global membership base
Track engagement and implement initiatives to increase value and participation
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new members
Membership Growth
Identify and target prospective members across sectors and regions
Develop and execute brand awareness and recruitment campaigns
Commercial Partnerships
Secure sponsorships for GIIA’s events, thought leadership, and advocacy programmes
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
Professional Networks
Lead our Emerging Leaders in Infrastructure Investment (ELII) programme and new Women’s Network
Identify opportunities to expand into new sector-specific networks
Insights & Operations
Monitor industry trends and member sentiment to shape strategy
Manage the CRM system and ensure best practice usage
Produce data-driven reports for internal and executive use
Person Specification The successful candidate should ideally have the following skillset;
Experience in membership engagement, partnerships or business development – ideally within a trade association, professional body, or similar
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong project management and organisational capabilities
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on stakeholder value
Interest or experience in infrastructure, investment or public policy (desirable)

Salary of circa £40,000 + bonus
Hybrid working: 3 days in office (central London)
A 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
