Membership Executive The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a leading trade body on a fantastic Membership Executive role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation during a period of strategic growth. This is a 12 month fixed term contract post.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing membership services and fostering member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a consistently high level of customer service to members, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience.
Assist with membership onboarding, renewals, and CRM management to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
Act as an advocate for the CRM, assist in training all staff to use the CRM, and contribute to ongoing CRM development.
Lead on the new CRM case management approach to customer service.
Hold calls with members to demonstrate the value of their membership.
Report on membership metrics, helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support the Membership Director and Membership Manager with projects such as research, collateral creation, data analysis etc.
Person Specification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing the CRM and communication with members.
Proficiency in the use of CRM systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage).
Skilled at using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – with a willingness to learn other programmes as needed.
Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Good understanding of membership or customer service principles within a professional environment.
