Membership Executive
The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a leading trade body on a fantastic Membership Executive role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation during a period of strategic growth. This is a 12 month fixed term contract post.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing membership services and fostering member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service to members, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with membership onboarding, renewals, and CRM management to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Act as an advocate for the CRM, assist in training all staff to use the CRM, and contribute to ongoing CRM development.
  • Lead on the new CRM case management approach to customer service.
  • Hold calls with members to demonstrate the value of their membership.
  • Report on membership metrics, helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Membership Director and Membership Manager with projects such as research, collateral creation, data analysis etc.
Person Specification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing the CRM and communication with members.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage).
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – with a willingness to learn other programmes as needed.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Good understanding of membership or customer service principles within a professional environment.

Salary: £35, 000 per annum
12 month fixed term contract
