ESE is dedicated to shaping the future of endocrinology through research, education, collaboration and advocacy. Working with healthcare professionals, researchers and partner organisations across Europe, ESE promotes excellence in endocrine science and medicine to improve hormone health for all.
This permanent part-time position will support marketing planning and execution to grow awareness, strengthen member engagement and promote key initiatives. The successful candidate will work on content, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging written, visual and digital content to support membership engagement, event marketing, publications and advocacy campaigns.
Support the delivery of marketing and communications activities across email, website, social media and digital channels.
Manage and grow ESE's social media presence through content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance monitoring.
Assist with marketing campaigns for ESE's annual Congress, educational events and key initiatives, including World Hormone Day.
Develop content and maintain the ESE website, ensuring information is engaging, accurate and up to date.
Use data and audience insights to inform content development, optimise campaign performance and increase stakeholder engagement.
Support communications for ESE's specialist communities, including early career professionals, researchers, nurses and women in endocrinology.
Analyse and report on digital, social media and website performance to support continuous improvement.
Person Specification
Experience coordinating marketing activity and contributing to campaigns across multiple channels
Confident writing and editing skills, with clear attention to tone and accuracy
Familiarity with basic performance reporting and the ability to interpret results logically
Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through to deliver against timeframes
Comfortable working with stakeholders and gathering information for content and campaigns
Practical knowledge of digital marketing basics (content, email, social or website content)
What’s on Offer
Salary: £25,000 (pro-rated to three days) Remote or hybrid working from their Bristol office. Part-time hours of 3 days per week- can be worked as 3 full days or spread across 5 days.
