Part-Time Corporate Partnership Manager

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a prominent children’s charity on a fantastic Part-Time Corporate Partnership Manager role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and manage strategic partnerships, contributing to impactful initiatives that benefit children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring engagement and ongoing collaboration.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the charity’s mission and values.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements to secure support and sponsorships.
  • Manage and monitor partnership deliverables, ensuring mutual benefit and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joint activities and communication strategies.
  • Track and report on partnership progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Person Specification

  • Experience in relationship management or business development, preferably within the charity or third-sector sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to achieving goals through collaborative working.
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively on a part-time, on-site basis.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £42,500 (pro-rata salary £34,000)
