The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a national children's charity to find their new Partnership Development Manager (Corporate Fundraising).

The Organisation have offered a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 with a flexible working environment, this role is offered as a fully remote home-working position or with a hybrid working pattern in their London Office if preferred.

As Partnership Development Manager you will achieve annual income growth targets and develop a pipeline that contributes to future years income, Build and maintain a network of corporate relationships through excellent customer introduction and relationship management techniques. Contribute to a culture of excellence and transparency within which colleagues can operate and communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieve annual income growth targets and develop a pipeline that contributes to future years income
  • Develop a personal business development plan that supports the Business Development strategy
  • Build and maintain a network of corporate relationships through excellent customer introduction and relationship management techniques
  • Grow the number of corporate partnerships, proactively targeting sectors and companies as directed by the Business Development strategy
  • Plan and agree objectives with corporate partners, developing partnership plans to achieve income targets
  • Actively contribute to the development of the business development strategy and products that will meet the needs of target markets.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and transparency within which colleagues can operate and communicate effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business systems to support the work and lead by example in ensuring compliance with the organisation's policies and protocols, fundraising best practice, FSB and IoF codes and relevant legislation at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of fundraising and activity to enable evaluation and
Person Specification:
  • Experience of working in a demanding and profit-driven corporate/business, fundraising, sales or marketing environment.
  • Experience managing profitable client/donor relationships within large and complex organisations/companies
  • A proven track record in implementing and managing account plans and delivering financial targets.
  • Experience of managing corporate relationships or equivalent.
  • The ability to think conceptually and creatively to develop profitable fundraising products and proposals for supporters.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven networking ability at all levels up to the board in formal and social situations.
  • Commercially astute and able to manage sometimes conflicting priorities in a results driven project environment.
  • The ability to use information technology systems and packages that will assist with this role.
