Partnerships Officer

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with London Wildlife Trust on a fantastic Partnerships Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support impactful collaborations that advance the organisation's mission and help secure high-value philanthropic income from individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing the fundraising income and supporting vital conservation work across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners to promote mutual objectives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate partnership activities, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Track partnership progress, analyse outcomes, and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated effectively.
  • Support the organisation’s outreach and engagement efforts to raise awareness.

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of the environmental or charitable sector is advantageous.
  • A proactive and flexible approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to organisational values and sustainable practices.
