Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Philanthropy & Trusts Team Assistant role. This position offers an opportunity to support a dynamic team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to impactful fundraising activities within the charity sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Philanthropy and Trusts team, helping to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Manage the Nimbus CRM database to ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and support income tracking and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in conducting prospect research to identify potential new funders and complete due diligence processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, reports, and other communications supporting team activities.
  • Organise and maintain files and information systems, streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
  • Support the team with event organisation and external engagement activities as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

  • Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Maintains a positive, flexible, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
  • Capable of producing high-quality written communications tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Shows meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Experienced in maintaining information storage systems and improving process efficiencies.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new tools and support system updates or implementations.

What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £114.62 per day + 14.26 daily holiday
  • Location: London – hybrid
  • Contract: Initial 3 months
