The University is seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that bring its course portfolio to market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the postholder works closely with academic leadership—often as a member of a School Executive Team—to support student recruitment targets and align marketing activity with CCCU’s Vision 2030.
The postholder is responsible for driving product positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that showcase subject strengths and unique selling points, ensuring consistency across all platforms. They will lead a team of two Product Marketing Leads, oversee the delivery of product-level marketing plans, and ensure content accuracy and compliance. This role plays a key part in data-informed decision-making, tracking performance and refining strategies to support future growth.
