The University is seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that bring its course portfolio to market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the postholder works closely with academic leadership—often as a member of a School Executive Team—to support student recruitment targets and align marketing activity with CCCU’s Vision 2030. The postholder is responsible for driving product positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that showcase subject strengths and unique selling points, ensuring consistency across all platforms. They will lead a team of two Product Marketing Leads, oversee the delivery of product-level marketing plans, and ensure content accuracy and compliance. This role plays a key part in data-informed decision-making, tracking performance and refining strategies to support future growth.
Skillset and Responsibilities;
Lead the development of subject and course positioning, working closely with Market Insights, Campaigns, and academic colleagues.
Act as the key liaison between Marketing, academic Schools, and external partners for product-related communications.
Line manage two Product Marketing Leads, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Oversee the creation and consistency of marketing materials across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand, tone, and compliance standards.
Manage course communications plans and digital content updates, supporting student recruitment and conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
Coordinate integrated marketing activity across teams and track performance using KPIs and analytics to inform continuous improvement.
