The Talent Set is partnering with a leading animal welfare charity to recruit a Senior Acquisition Marketing Officer.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation as it makes its most significant investment in legacy fundraising to date. You’ll take a leading role in delivering an ambitious, DRTV-led acquisition campaign, helping the charity reach new audiences and build a strong pipeline of future legacy supporters.

Working closely with external agency partners and colleagues across fundraising, marketing and insight, you’ll oversee the campaign from development through to delivery and optimisation. While DRTV will be at the heart of the role, you’ll also support activity across digital, radio, print and other channels, using performance insight to continually strengthen results and the supporter experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on DRTV experience who would enjoy taking ownership of a high-profile campaign at a point of genuine growth and investment.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience delivering DRTV campaigns
  • Strong campaign and project management skills
  • Experience working with creative, media or production agencies
  • Confidence using campaign data and insight to improve performance
  • An understanding of supporter or customer acquisition

Fundraising or legacy marketing experience would be valuable, but we would also welcome candidates who have developed relevant DRTV expertise within an agency or commercial environment.

What’s on offer

  • £41,500 salary
  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Flexibility around location, the office is in central London and the team currently do one day a week however this can be discussed.
  • The opportunity to help shape a major new campaign backed by significant organisational investment

If you have DRTV experience and would like to hear more about the campaign, the investment behind it and what the organisation is looking to achieve, we would love to hear from you.
