About the Role
The Talent Set are very excited to be working with an excellent charity in their search for an experienced Corporate New Business Lead to join a growing fundraising team and play a key role in driving forward an ambitious income growth strategy.

This role leads a dedicated Corporate New Business Function, focusing on securing high-value, transformative corporate partnerships while providing exceptional service to all incoming business leads.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a Corporate New Business team of three.
  • Develop and implement a new business strategy, team plan, and clear KPIs.
  • Manage budgets for new business income and expenditure.
  • Take the lead on high-value and ultra-high-value partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnership Management, Philanthropy, Trust, and Institutional teams to create a cohesive, high-performing fundraising department.
  • Contribute strategically to cross-departmental projects and wider organisational initiatives.

Person specification:
  • Proven track record in corporate fundraising, including securing six and seven-figure partnerships.
  • Experience leading and developing a team to achieve strong results.
  • Confident in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Excellent communicator – persuasive, professional, and adaptable across audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fundraising compliance, best practice, and effective data management.
  • Creative and solutions-focused approach to developing new opportunities and partnerships

What’s on offer
  • A day rate of £250.00 a day (£217.39 basic pay + £32.61 holiday pay)
  • A flexible hybrid working pattern is on offer with 2-3 days in their London office per week.
  • A 3-6 month contract in a fantastic organisation.
